Clarke Roberts has been instructed to recruit a Partner Designate on behalf of a regional firm of accountants based in South Manchester. This position has become available due to succession planning by the current partners and it is expected that full partnership will be achieved within 3- 5 years.
The client is a specialist in their chosen sector and has a national client base so the flexibility to travel in order to meet your clients is essential. Due to the nature of the firms client base the initial focus of the position will be to learn and understand the business before moving into a client facing role and using your commercial acumen to add value.
You will be an ACA qualified accountant with a career spent within the accountancy profession with a general practice background, a commercial outlook and a history of adding value to clients.
You may be an existing Partner Designate looking to achieve full partnership in a shorter time period than indicated or you will have 5 years + experience gained within practice and be looking to move into a more senior position.
