Clarke Roberts has been instructed by a leading firm of Chartered Accountants with a global network of offices to assist in the recruitment of a qualified Senior to join the business in a mixed role of Corporate Finance & Audit.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and a commercially aware Senior keen to develop your experience in due diligence, buisness planning, general corporate finance work and audit.

The position will include:
•Corporate Finance work , due diligence, producing business plans and cash flow projrcts
•Delivering an external audit service to a range of clients in a range of sectors in a timely and efficient manner.
•There is expected to be a 50/50 split between audit and corporate finance type work.
